Blend
White wine, a rare colour in Bandol, accounting for just over 5% of production, is a true gastronomic wine. Our blend is dominated by the emblematic grape of the appellation, the Clairette, complemented by Ugni Blanc and a hint of Rolle.
Our selection comes from clay-limestone terroirs and the vines are planted in “restanques” on a south-facing slope.
Harvested by hand, the grapes are sorted in the vineyard and in the cellar, then completely destemmed and pressed after 24 hours of maceration.

Tasting
The wine has an aromatic nose of white flowers with an elegant exotic touch. Lively and harmonious on the palate, it develops delicate notes of honeysuckle and preserved lemons, with an agreeable, lingering finish.
Enjoy this white Bandol with grilled bass with fennel, vitello tonnato, grilled prawns flambéed with anise, fresh goat’s cheese from Le Rove or a few slices of roasted pineapple.
