Picpoul Blanc and Roussanne in a tall screwcapped flute. Well judged blend with some smoky smudgy attractive scent and the sharpness of Picpoul underneath to keep it refreshing. This lasted well in a half-open bottle for a good week – a useful summer wine with lots of personality. The fruit probably comes from nearer their winemaking base in Bouzigues than that for any of their reds. Drink 2010-2011
