2009 was a really good year for the vines cycle and the harvested grapes quality is excellent in this northern part of the Roussillon.
Considered as a slightly warmer year than normality, it was marked by three different phases in the area: an irregular autumn punctuated by cold and soft phases, a cooler weather between January and April and finally, a warm period from May until August which favored a short and accelerated ripening period.
Then, the weak but sufficient pluviometry and the nice sunshine throughout the year ensured a splendid vintage.
