16-/20 Picpoul Blanc and Roussanne. Very pale gold. Billowing with tropical passion fruit, mango and just a slight wild mintiness and sweet lemon citrus on the nose. Sage, slightly green tropical fruit, and a particularly sweet-and-sour profile with a thwack of acidity. Very slightly bitter and just a little short on the end. (TC)
