Blend
Our blend is mainly Syrah, the emblematic grape of the Pic Saint-Loup appellation. It is combined with Grenache on rolled gravel for roundness and a touch of Mourvèdre to give the blend its final touch.
The temperature variations typical of the appellation allow the wine to retain its natural freshness, the signature of our Pic.
Maturing
50% in vats and 50% in barrels.
Tasting
Our Pic Saint-Loup combines the aromatic freshness of the garrigue, notes of thyme, laurel, rosemary, juniper and menthol with aromas of red and black berries. It is a well-balanced, crisp and elegant wine.
A perfect accompaniment to roast chicken with garlic and thyme, linguine with fresh pesto or a dhal of coral lentils and chickpeas.
